Can I sign up myself?

No. Your organization gives you an enrollment code to connect the app to its workspace.

Who decides which models I can use?

Your organization’s admin sets the available models. The app shows the choices enabled for your workspace.

Where are my previous chats?

Previous conversations are stored in protected local history on the phone where you used the app.

What if I reinstall the app?

After a full uninstall, chats stored on that phone are not restored. Reconnecting can restore workspace access, but it cannot restore those chats. Use the recovery option in the app if available, or ask your IT team for help.
